Account Director – Trophy Site, Central London - £75k - £80k + bonus + car
My client is a leading Hard Services provider are seeking an Account Director from a hard services background to head up a high profile account in the City of London.
You will be responsible for:
- Operational delivery of the account
- Management of a site based team delivering hard services to a multi tenanted property
- Ensuring that a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts
- You will have financial responsibility for the delivery of the account.
- Development of contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, reduction of WIP, debt, cost reduction and contract growth, and ensure that these are met and exceeded
Building Services Account Manager / Account Director with either an electrical or mechanical biased
Experienced at a senior level and have a track record of delivering contracts in excess of £5m.
Previous experience in an Account Management role in the M&E or Hard Services Arena ideally with an understanding of working with multiple tenants in a corporate environment e.g. the Banking or Financial industries
Good communication and people management skills and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
A NEBOSH general certificate is desirable but not essential
