BARTEC Listed in the “Encyclopedia of World Market Leaders”

German enterprises are world market leaders in one industry sector out of three. For the first time, 750 of these enterprises have now been registered and compiled in an “Encyclopedia of German World Market Leaders”. One of them is BARTEC as a worldwide leading provider of industrial safety technology in explosion-hazardous areas.

“Once again it is an impressive fact that medium-sized companies are the basis for the German export success”, said co-publisher Dr. Florian Langenscheidt. This reference book with over 690 pages provides a unique insight into the elite of German industry. Together, the top brands with their innovative strength and process quality stand for the internationally recognized quality mark “Made in Germany”.

The setting for the festive book presentation and for the conferment of the award was provided by the 1st German Congress of World Market Leaders, which took place under the patronage of Federal Minister of Economics Rainer Brüderle in Schwäbisch Hall. Dr. Anjou Appelt, member of the BARTEC executive board, received the “Soaring Wing of World Market Leaders”, an award specifically designed for that occasion.
