Following the acquisition of Esmerk in June 2012, the M-Brain Group has included the operations of BI News Services provider Esmerk in 7 countries and M-Brain operations in Finland, Germany and Sweden, the latter focused on the provision of media monitoring services. Since the acquisition the two companies have made significant progress on the integration of their operations.
The Board of Directors of M-Brain has now decided to unify the group brand and visual identity under the M-Brain brand. The M-Brain brand will be rolled out across all markets and the various operating subsidiaries will adopt the M-Brain name by the end of 2012.

The traditional Esmerk BI report will also in the future be known as Esmerk report”, Räsänen continues.
The service portfolio of M-Brain Group will in the future consist of BI News Services and Media Monitoring and Analysis services, together with new technology tools designed to support communications and marketing professionals. During 2013 M-Brain plans to make its full service portfolio available to all customers in all of its operating countries.
