Maintenance Manager required

Our client is one of the leading M&E service providers in the UK and are currently seeking an experienced contract manager for a busy health care contract in London.

The successful candidate must come from a strong M&E background and will have experience of fabric, water treatment, steam, energy distribution, CHP, electrical and mechanical plant, heating and ventilation etc.

Hospital decontamination experience will be a plus.

•5 years experience in M&E contract management or operationally maintenance position.
•Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management.
•Proficient in basic computer applications and software such as MSOffice.
•Experience with CMMS and BMS.
•Prior experience in development of critical environment programs and procedures.
•Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills.
•Academic, management and technical qualifications appropriate to the role and responsibilities.
• Experience of Risk Management tools procedures and processes.
Experience in Energy Management.
•Experience of Safe Systems of Work and Health and Safety Management.
•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
•Project management and control techniques for minor to intermediate
•refurbishment / alteration / upgrade projects.

This is a growth position for an experienced contract manager that is ready to take the next step up and eventually take control of the whole account and become the Account Director.
