The Board of Directors announced on Wednesday May 23rd the agreement that Michel Bracké would step back from the role of CEO of OSM Group.

Effective from today Johan Ledel, CFO of the Group since 2011, is taking over the role as CEO. Johan will, together with Phil Mulholland as President of Commercial Operations, form a joint leadership team addressing the task of continued productivity improvements alongside strengthening our sales and marketing efforts – all with the aim of serving our customers better. Johan Ledel has been a key driver in improving control throughout our operational areas, promoting necessary change and building skills. He also contributes with vital experience having spent 18 years at Tetra Pak in various leading position across the globe. Phil Mulholland, with his long experience in our business and broad knowledge about our markets and customers, has been vital in developing some of our key customers as well as being a driver of our marketing strategy.
