Sep 18, 2012 15:00 CEST AkzoNobel’s Pulp and Performance Chemicals business (formerly Eka Chemicals), today announced plans to optimize its European supply chain for paper chemicals. To be a more efficient and competitive supplier, AkzoNobel will consolidate its manufacturing in Europe. This will lead to a closure of the sizing manufacturing sites in Trollhättan and Borås, both in Sweden.
