Must-Have Child Tracking App “Synagram” from media access GmbH Updated with Improved Location Functionality

media access GmbH announced today that the latest version of its must-have child tracking app Synagram has been updated with improved location functionality, especially inside buildings. There is no-cost to download the app, and parents can try it for seven days before deciding if they wish to purchase.

Synagram, which was “developed by parents for parents” and has been downloaded by tens of thousands of parents around the world, essentially turns a smartphone into a “guardian angel” that uses precise GPS-tracking to pinpoint a child’s location on an integrated map, and deliver that critical information directly to parents -- anytime, anywhere.

Other Synagram special features include:

> Automatic push-notifications that let parents know when their child has reached a certain location – or just as importantly, when they haven’t (e.g. if their child has not reached school, has not returned home, etc.).
> A special silent “Panic Button” that a child can press when they’re scared or in danger, which instantly sends parents a message with location details, as well as a clearly audible alert.
> Integrated text messaging functionality, as well as one-touch calling that uses the smartphone’s contact list images -- which is particularly helpful for younger children who may not accurately recall phone numbers when confused or frightened.
> An icon that lets parents see how much battery power their child has left on their smartphone.

In addition, parents can tell Synagram to send their child a “check-in” order, so they can immediately be informed of their current location. Parents can also choose the constantly watchful “Monitoring” mode and get all of the location details, or opt for the “Supervision” mode which provides pre-determined check-in status reports only (note: if a child actives the above-noted the “Panic Button”, location-tracking automatically launches).

What’s more, while Synagram is suitable for tracking the whereabouts of younger children, it’s also ideal for keeping an eye on more independent-minded teenagers, who will appreciate the app’s discreet monitoring function.

And on a more technical level, Synagram is very easy to use, has simple-to-follow menus and navigation, does not reduce battery service life, and there are no country restrictions. All user data is securely stored and never transmitted, shared or sold to any other party.

“Parents know that the world can sometimes be an unsafe or dangerous place for children, and yet at the same time, they realize that they can’t constantly monitor their location,” commented Michael Ballweg of media access GmbH. “And that’s why Synagram is so unique and valuable. Thanks to Synagram, parents can keep a watchful eye on their child’s whereabouts, while still giving them the space and freedom they need to grow.”

Synagram, the must-have child tracking app that has now been updated with improved location functionality, is available now from Google Play at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.synagram.childapp.
