Press release -

Stina Andersson new Chief Operating Officer at Axel Johnson

Stina Andersson, current Strategy and Business Development Manager at Tele2, will be new Chief Operating Officer at Axel Johnson. The role is new and will form part of Group Management. Stina is expected to take office in early 2019.

Stina is currently Strategy and Business Development Manager and responsible for IoT at Tele2. She was previously Investment Director and Strategic Manager of Investment AB Kinnevik and Management Consultant at McKinsey and has many years of experience in e-commerce. She is a board member of Axfood and Fram Skandinavien AB.

"Axel Johnson's goal is that in ten years at least 50 percent of our revenue will derive from activities that currently do not form part of our business. This means that we need to keep a high pace of renewals, both through business development in our group companies and through acquisitions. With Stina, we are even better equipped to push this change," says Mia Brunell Livfors, President and CEO, Axel Johnson.

"Axel Johnson is uniquely positioned as one of the Nordics’ largest companies within trade and services. I look forward to using my experiences from tech and consumer-oriented companies, as well as investments, strategy and M&A to contribute to drive change and renewal. I also look forward to working close to the many talented employees in the group," says Stina Andersson.
