The world's most exciting esports tournament is coming to Madrid, Spain

On May 11, BLAST Pro Series is coming to the capital of Spain with its revolutionizing live esports entertainment format. Six of the world’s best Counter-Strike is going to battle out live on stage in Madrid Arena for the lion share of the 250,000 dollar prize pool.

There's 7,000 tickets up for grabs on March 15 when ticket sales go live.

On May 10 the placements matches will be played and broadcasted online and on TV. May 11 the Madrid Arena will open up for all the fans ready to for the award-winning BLAST experience.

- It’s a proven concept in the three cities we visited so far where all the arenas where sold out. In Lisbon last year we were nominated for Event of the Year against some very strong competition and won. March 22-23 we’ll go to São Paulo, Brazil to yet another sold out arena and then Miami the month after. So we will have a lot more experience coming into Madrid where guests can look forward to entering an arena that has been completely transformed into a state of the art digital battleground, Jordi Roig says.
