Carlson Wagonlit Travel appoints new partner in Jordan, now offering customers online service across Middle East

Carlson Wagonlit Travel, the global travel management company, has appointed Green Arrow Tours (GAT) as its new partner in Jordan.

“With Green Arrow Tours as our partner in Jordan, we can now provide a seamless online service across the entire Middle East,” said Richard Saunders, Senior Director, Global Partners Network. “We already offer online booking as an option for our clients in Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE – adding Jordan makes life much easier for our customers across the region, and around the world. Customers in Jordan will also benefit from CWT’s award winning products such as our mobile app CWT to GO.”

Green Arrow Tours has 18 employees and manages a diverse list of clients including Samsung, General Motors and Better Work Jordan. With annual sales of USD 15m, Green Arrow Tours is a strong new partner for CWT, providing clients with a seamless service for both business travel and for meetings and events.

The new partnership began on 1 January 2017 and GAT became the sole partner of CWT on 1 April 2017. Green Arrow Tours employees have been trained on CWT policies and procedures to ensure they can offer our clients a seamless service.
