Since we outsmarted the entire world of cross-country skiing four years ago (with the launch of the highly successful Podium suit), the competition has to a large degree replicated our gains to almost close the gap. Until now.

Presenting Stratum, we are outpacing the pack. Again.

Light as a feather. Aerodynamics that would make even the time trial champions of Tour de France green of envy. Cooler than a pair of thin running tights designed for spring days. And stretchier than anything ever designed for cross-country skiing. Well, Stratum is indeed in a league completely of its own.

Superlight, ultra-fast and exceptionally cooling

Working closely together with Schoeller and Jersey Lomellina, two of the world’s leading suppliers of high-tech performance fabrics, and applying all our knowledge and experience from winning Tour de France as well as drawing from our pile of world champs medals, we have developed the lightest suit ever produced – Stratum, which weighs just over 200 grams.

In addition, the suit includes revolutionary low-resistance fabric from Schoeller, a high-tech material that features a power dimple structure that provides superior aerodynamics in the 20 to 45 km/h speed range.

Moreover, since elite athletes ski with exceptionally high intensity, producing enormous amounts of body heat, the main objective of their racing clothes is therefore to keep their bodies cool. To meet this challenge, Stratum is a body-mapping wonderland of very thin materials, open structure fabrics and laser-cut perforations, offering superior breathability at the back, chest, armpits and back of knee.

Stratum is used by some of the best cross-country skiers in the world and is available both in a men’s and women’s version.
