Empower Oy's Power Network Division turns into a separate independent subsidiary Empower PN Oy

Empower Oy's Power Network Division will turn into a separate independent Empower PN Oy company during spring 2014. Empower PN Oy will become a subsidiary of Empower Group Oy.

The arrangement will not affect customer or partnership relations. Agreements related to services provided by the Power Network Division will be transferred to the new company. The visiting address and other contact information will also remain the same but the invoicing address will change due to the founding of the new company.

The arrangement will not affect the number of personnel. All Power Network Division employees working in Finland will be transferred as existing employees to the new subsidiary. The change only applies to the Finnish operations of Empower's PND.

"The establishment of an independent company will clarify the corporate structure and improve transparency within the business of various divisions of Empower Group. Moreover, it will consolidate Empower PN Oy's market position and simultaneously support the growth plans of Empower power network business," says Timo Kiiveri, President, Power Network Division at Empower Oy.

During the spring, Empower PN Oy will contact all its customers, subcontractors and partners on the new invoicing procedure. At this stage, the changes do not require any actions from our customers or suppliers.
