ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF EUTELSAT COMMUNICATIONS: APPROVAL OF A DIVIDEND OF €1.27 PER SHARE, UP 5%
Paris, 8 November 2018 – The Ordinary and Extraordinary Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Eutelsat Communications (Euronext Paris: ETL) was held today in Paris. All the resolutions submitted were approved. They included notably:
Approval of the accounts;
- Dividend relating to Financial Year 2017-18, amounting to €1.27 per share, up 5% compared to previous year.
- Dividend will be paid on 22 November 2018;
- Renewal of the mandates of Ross McInnes and Bpifrance Participations;
- Compensation of corporate officers and compensation policy.
