Excillum’s liquid metal x-ray source wins R&D 100 Award

Jun 23, 2011 08:00 CEST Yesterday, Swedish x-ray source manufacturer Excillum was awarded one of the prestigious R&D 100 awards for their unique liquid metal x-ray source. This source allows for a tenfold increase in brightness due to the power loading capability of the liquid metal anode.

Mar 18, 2011 13:00 CET Excillum and Bruker AXS today announced an exclusive collaboration to develop and market a unique new metal-jet X-ray source for X-ray diffraction applications.
