SCA's search functions on all 60 external sites (sca.com, brand sites Tork, Libresse, Tena) are now driven by a solution based on Open Source (Solr) components and Findwise’ architecture. SCA is now benefitting from having one common search platform for both internal and external use.

Findability Day 2013 is just a few weeks away and the agenda is now finalized with inspirational keynote speakers and cases. The event takes place in Stockholm on May 30th and with approximately 200 attendees it is a valuable networking opportunity. The modern world produces massive amounts of data that, to a large extent, is unstructured and transient. Findwise has seen the opportunity to apply its own Language Technologies and Content/Data Processing framework within this field. Big Data Analytics is a research project led by SICS that brings together a broad spectrum of stakeholders from academia, industry and the public sector.
