Irma Arvidsson Awarded Real Estate Broker Student of the Year 2017

Irma Arvidsson wins Real Estate Broker Student of the Year 2017. The annual Swedish prize has been awarded to excellent students by Skandiamäklarna in cooperation with Universum since 2011.

Why did you choose our programme in Gävle?

“I am from Skåne, but when comparing different programmes in real estate brokering, I realized that the programme at the University of Gävle is one of the best in Sweden.

The programme has been very good, for example for the reasons that external lecturers are invited and that there are many exercises in interacting with people. Not many universities do that.”

What does it mean to you to be awarded the prize?

“It means very much to me, as is it a sign that I have succeeded in making the impression on people that I aim to make.”

What do you think about the future?

“After graduating, I aim to live my dream as a broker. We will see where I end up, nothing is written in stone. It is about chemistry and about having fun at work.”

Quotes from the award motivation

“With high ambitions, a fantastic charisma and with great consideration for other people, this individual will be a successful real estate broker and a highly-esteemed colleague.”

“Real Estate Broker Student of the Year engaged more qualified candidates than ever before, and top candidates were quite equal in strengths,” says Christina Henriksson, Head of Talent at Skandiamäklarna.
