The Study Programme in Social Work at the University of Gävle is of high quality

Swedish Higher Education Authority awards the Study Programme in Social Work, and bachelor degree within the main subject social work at the University of Gävle, the grade of high quality in the national quality evaluation. 

-The Study Programme in Social Work is one of the university’s big and important educational programs. The result is gratifying and strengthens us in the work to develop educations that meets society’s needs, says head of faculty Nader Ahmadi.

- Graduate social workers from the university in Gävle have an education of high quality behind them. A bachelor degree in social work is also deemed to be of high quality and shows that we have succeeded in our aim to give social workers the right tools to bring with them for their working life, so that they are able to adequately take care of their clients. That our education is of high quality is something we often hear from employers and former students and now we have also had it confirmed by the Swedish Higher Education Authority, says programme director Åsa vidman.
