Innometrics raises $5 million in Series A funding led by SEB Venture Capital

Innometrics, providers of Profile Cloud, the platform for creating actionable customer intelligence for omni-channel organisations,, today announced it has closed a $5 million Series A funding round.

The funding is led by SEB Venture Capital, the investment arm within SEB, and joined by existing investor Fortunator Invest, experienced business angels. To support strong growth and increased demand for next generation customer data management systems, Innometrics will use the funds to expand European operations, increase investment in sales and marketing and continue development of the Profile Cloud platform.

Used by more than 50 major brands across all industries, such as Arla Foods, the Eniro Group and Hutchinson 3G, Innometrics Profile Cloud is a SaaS-based solution which allows an organisation to enhance their customer’s experience and drive marketing and sales strategies by providing a complete view of the customer, enabling real-time action through existing marketing and customer-facing applications.
