Press release -

This year’s corporate holiday gift? How about perfect oversight of all customer relationships in social media?

Has your company ever considered implementing a communication campaign that doesn't work in social media? We didn’t think so. Today, a major and fast growing part of all communication and customer service takes place in social media. Keeping track of customer relationships in external channels poses a large problem for many companies. Fortunately, a Stockholm-based company is offering a solution to this problem. That company is RelationDesk, and today it has been appointed the winner of the Stockholm Acceleration Scholarship.

RelationDesk has been awarded this scholarship because, in a market characterized by tough competition in which many players have attempted to build similar products, RelationDesk has successfully developed their platform into one of the leaders of their industry. The company has built an easy-to-use application in which users get a set of tools to manage the chaos of customer messages on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram in a highly structured manner.

RelationDesk is winning SEK 250,000, which the company may use to accelerate its innovation and scale up its operations.

We asked them, what will you do with all this money?

“We’ll immediately be hiring more people to the team in Stockholm,” says Fritjof Andersson, CEO and founder of RelationDesk. He continues, “Who should be our new Customer Success Manager? Contact me!”

The company considers its location in Stockholm to be one of its strengths in the global competition.

“Sweden is a country that is very mature when it comes to social media, it’s ahead of many other countries in several ways. This has facilitated effective testing on the Swedish market, which has resulted in a product with a higher likelihood to workon other markets,” explains Fritjof Andersson.

In the last year, the company’s customer list has expanded with PostNord, Tele2, 3, Telenor and ICA, and has even begun to grow in the public sector, where they signed with organizations such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and even the Swedish Police.
