Mentice to demonstrate multi-disciplinary endovascular simulation training tool at SESAM event in Paris

Mentice, the leading developer of endovascular simulation training solutions, is to co-host a special Swedish pavilion at the SESAM (Society in Europe for Simulation Applied to Medicine) Annual General Meeting to be held in Paris June 14-16.

A highlight of the Mentice presentation is the ‘SimMan Vascular’—a collaborative solution bringing together Mentice VIST® technology with Laerdal to create the world’s first immersive, hands-on AMI patient simulator. This enables simulation centres to include full emergency, multi-disciplinary team training, including endovascular procedures for trauma, AMI/STEMI and REBOA. Put simply, the new solution provides hands-on learning, enabling centres to use the Laerdal SimMan Vascular in several different clinical pathways.

Mentice is co-hosting the Swedish pavilion at SESAM together with Sectra, Surgical Science and Swemac. The pavilion will be located at booth EX16 – EX19. The event is being held at the Centre Universitaire des Saints-Pères.
