Merit continues to strengthen Business Intelligence for M3 solutions

Merit Portal Intelligence is a central part of Merit’s future initiative. By launching version 4.2 in June and version 4.3 in October, we are offering many improvements in functionality and analysis capabilities. The product furthermore offers improvements regarding flexibility and usability.

Merit is now an Infor Company. This gives us the possibility to promote Merit Portal, especially Merit Intelligence (MI) in new markets. The Merit Portal Intelligence products are newly incorporated as part of Infor’s product portfolio. This entails big opportunities for upselling and ensures the product’s further development in thread with Infor’s innovative technology platforms and cloud initiatives.

The Merit Portal Intelligence consulting team is serving customers with implementation, upgrades and improving existing solutions; and also ongoing support and user assistance. The close collaboration between the consulting team and the development organization makes for seamless development of content in the MI solutions.
