​ Merit South West Europe GmbH

This year has been an expanding period for Merit in Central Europe. Due to the increasing demand for resources, Merit CE has engaged a Finance Consulting from Turkey who will look after that market next to other European clients, the manning in Czech Republic is increased and we have taken a major step forward to cater for the French speaking customers and prospects. 

After spending some time listening to and considering feedback from our M3 customer-base both in Switzerland and neighboring France, we were convinced it was time to provide them with adequate service and support and the right consultancy resources, not only from a local perspective, but also providing then with the blend of customer nearness and presence and the international and global capacities of Merit.

In order to fulfill this, Merit South West Europe has been established as a joint venture between Merit Central Europe and Mr. Philippe Audergon, a long-time colleague since the Intentia days. Philippe has been working with M3 and Movex related projects for more than 15 years, he has extensive experience as a Finance business consultant, as Project Manager and even as a Turnaround Manager. Within his local and international assignments, Philippe has advised and supported various industries, ranging from food & beverages, automotive, machine-tools to fashion and luxury products.

Merit South West Europe will focus on the French speaking part of Switzerland as well as France, next to increased focus on other South European countries were Merit has consultants and customers, like Spain and Italy. After the start-up in June this year, several M3 customers have already engaged Merit and Philippe for various tasks, proving that this initiative was timely and the right thing to do. We are confident that this activity will also increase our activities in the other Southern European countries.
