TIGR® Matrix Surgical Mesh Recipient competes at 40 Mph

Aug 18, 2011 10:10 CEST One of the first recipients of TIGR® Matrix Surgical Mesh was competitive speed surfer Martin Lamm (aged 43) from Sweden. When interviewed by his surgeon in the recovery room after undergoing an inguinal hernia repair procedure, Lamm commented that his goal was to get back on his board in time to compete in the 2010 Speed Cup. A mere 12 weeks later he was back on his board, good as new.
