St Peterline’s operations to move to West Harbour at the turn of the year

Dec 19, 2011 11:43 CET

An agreement has been reached on the transfer of St Peter Line’s passenger traffic between Helsinki and St Petersburg from the Makasiini Terminal in South Harbour to the West Terminal in West Harbour. A new traffic agreement between the Port of Helsinki and St Peter Line was signed in September 2011. As traffic is transferred to the West Terminal, St Peter Line also receives entitlement to transport cargo. The transfer necessitates changes in both the terminal and field areas. The changes are estimated to be completed by 31 December 2011.
