Press release -

Sqore and Innovation Centre Denmark launches 2 new competitions in India

The competitions are in collaboration with Innovation Centre Denmark in India and welcomes Indian students to participate in these fun and innovative challenges.

In the Denmark-India Innovation Challenge all Indian citizens are welcome to take part.
The three winners of the challenge will be invited on an all expense paid study trip to Denmark where they will be invited to visit some of Denmark’s top universities and get a first hand experience of student life in Denmark and the opportunity to network with professors and other university representatives.

The Denmark-India Business Challenge is open to all Indian students with a completed bachelor’s degree and a IELTS score over 6.0.

Three of the winners of the competition will be rewarded with a tuition fee waiver for one semester at a top-up bachelor’s programme* at Zealand Institute of Technology worth 600,000 INR. They will also receive a monthly allowance of 62,000 INR for each month they study.

Four winners of the The Denmark-India Business Challenge will be invited to a fully-paid study trip to Denmark which includes a one week visit to a university of applied sciences (business academies) in Denmark and is worth up to 160,000 INR.

How does it work? Participants will get a chance to learn more about Denmark in a fun and short quiz. They can then select among different fields to write an essay and prove their knowledge and sense of innovation. In the final stage, participants can then show their motivation by explaining why they should be selected as the winner of the challenge, before they fill out their profile and finalising the challenge.

All winners from both of the challenges will be invited to an exclusive prize ceremony in Bangalore or Delhi in November where they will meet with representatives from Innovation Centre Denmark, Danish universities, Danish business academies and Danish companies. During the event the winners will have the exclusive chance to mingle with professors and executives from Danish universities, business academies and companies.

* The Top-Up Bachelor's Degree Programme takes 1-1½ years (90 ECTS) to complete as a full-time course of study. At the end of the top-up degree the student will have achieved a Professional Bachelor Degree.
