Sweden’s Top Engineering University Launches Massive Recruitment Initiative in India

Stockholm, Sweden - Indian students considering an international career are being offered the opportunity to compete for scholarships for Sweden’s top technical university and internships at Sweden’s top engineering companies. KTH Master’s Challenge is a competition organized in cooperation with KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, ABB, Ericsson and SAAB.


Recent graduates and current bachelor students from India will compete with their innovative ideas and demonstrate their knowledge and expertise within engineering and related fields. Four different master’s Programmes from KTH Royal Institute of Technology are included in the competition, from which applicants can choose one to apply.


One winner per program will receive a scholarship for their chosen master’s program and a two-year living allowance. Additionally, the winners will have the chance to do an internship and write their master’s theses at ABB, Ericsson and SAAB at their offices in both Sweden and India. This experience will provide the winners with a competitive edge and give these future leaders a head start in their careers.


The initiative is also a chance for KTH, ABB, Ericsson and SAAB to strengthen their positions on the Indian market and identify top students suited for leadership positions, catering to their future expansion in the region.
