Stockholm: meeting place for the development of digital services

Digital online services, so called e-services, can be a powerful and effective way for municipalities, county councils and other public authorities to improve the service to citizens and companies, and stimulate new business models. Examples range from permit administration to application for nursing school. This report by Stockholm IT Region presents best practice and a 21 points action plan.
