ZÜBLIN unifies brand identity in Bavaria
Ed. Züblin AG of Stuttgart is now doing business under the unified ZÜBLIN brand name in Bavaria. This involves the merger and renaming of the subsidiaries Josef Riepl Unternehmen für Ingenieur- und Hochbau GmbH of Regensburg, Xaver Bachner Bauunternehmung GmbH of Straubing, Eberhard Pöhner Unternehmen für Hoch- und Tiefbau GmbH of Bayreuth, and DYWIDAG Bau GmbH of Munich. As of October 2017, the four companies will officially do business as ZÜBLIN Bau GmbH. As the company announced today, this step mainly serves to simplify internal processes, to more clearly show the great variety of services offered by the ZÜBLIN Group in Bavaria and to hone the company’s profile – especially for the purposes of recruiting. As the German market leader for building construction and civil engineering and an internationally active construction group, ZÜBLIN offers not only first-rate construction services but also unique career and development opportunities.
“Our Bavarian subsidiaries have been a firm and highly valued part of the ZÜBLIN Group for years and contribute reliably to our success in Bavaria,” explains ZÜBLIN management board member Ulrich Weinmann. “Following unification of the brand identity, our regional structures will remain completely unchanged. All construction projects will continue to be handled personally and reliably by the same contact persons at the same regional entities in Regensburg, Würzburg-Estenfeld, Straubing and Bayreuth. The only new thing is the common ZÜBLIN brand name.”
As a further step in the medium term, it is planned to merge ZÜBLIN Bau GmbH, which is based in Munich, into Ed. Züblin AG of Stuttgart. “Our business partners can expect the same smooth work processes and the same trustworthy, partnership-based cooperation,” Weinmann points out. On the construction sites, the RIEPL, BACHNER and PÖHNER logos will now gradually be exchanged for the black-red-white ZÜBLIN logo. The changeover here will also be carried out smoothly and without any interference to ongoing construction work.
