Bon Voyage! The Cruise Collection 14 is now departing!

It’s soon that time of the month again. You know to take some time off, embark on a West Indies cruise and let snow covered streets be a distant future memory. Swedish Hasbeens Cruise Collection 2014 is all about blueberry margaritas and feeling stylish and free in sandals one last time.

- “This year we are very eager to welcome new shades and bestselling styles on new heights”, says Swedish Hasbeens founder and designer Emy Blixt. “With this mid-season collection we want to prolong that Holiday feeling with colours and heels that touches both seasons - fall and summer” Emy continues.

The Cruise Collection 14 welcomes back bestsellers such as The Lacy Sandal, The Ornament Sandal and The Papillion Sandal – however now in new popular heights. The comfy and feminine Zip it Emy and The Heart Sandal have also joined the collection as well as The Low Lacy Debutant. The colour palette for this year’s Cruise Collection 2014 goes in purple, pink, grey and red.

1970 in southern of Sweden. Her name was Anita and she was the hottest looking ABBA-mum. While smoking Camel she screamed at her kids until her curlers fell out and just looked fabulous in her white high-heeled clogs. One summer day in 2006 Emy Blixt found the shoes Anita wore in the basement of an old clog factory and started Swedish Hasbeens.

Our ambition is to continue to release more incoherent and fun shoes and stuff inspired by Hasbeens that once ruled the planet. The Hasbeens toffels, bags and belts are based on original models from the past and are made of super quality vegetable tanned natural grain leather since it just becomes insanely beautiful when aged. Our production methods and material are kind to nature and people. Happy toffels make happy people.
