Swedish Hasbeens brings the wilderness to the Upper East Side
Swedish Hasbeens are getting jittery. Once again the clogs are moving abroad. This time to the Upper East Side to join forces with the colorful brand Marimekko for a month. At Kiitos, Marimekkos concept store on Third Avenue you can from the 16th of May find a Hasbeens Pop Up Shop with a selection of the SS13 line Call of the Wild.
The spring collection embodies the femininity
from the 30's as well as the comfort to create something that fits the everyday
life and make women feel empowered. The low sole clog the Debutant and the
Super High Heart Sandal are two of the newest members who will really put you
in that fierce retro mode, eager to conquer the world.
We are delighted to be a part of the colorful world of Marimekko for a while and hope to see you all there. Come on by the store and feel like a heroin of the 30s!

Swedish Hasbeens was founded in 2007 by childhood peers Cilla Wingård Neuman and Emy Blixt. The story of Swedish Hasbeens started in 2006 when when Emy came across 300 pairs of clogs from the 70's, and realized that the world was ready for their return. The clogs have matured and today Swedish Hasbeens offer a wide variety of shoe styles in over 20 countries worldwide.
The Hasbeens clogs, bags and belts are still handmade with natural grain leather in the old traditional way in the small factories that have made shoes for decades. Our production methods and material are kind to nature and people. Happy clogs make happy people.
