Our customers can rely on that every link in the system is optimized and working as a perfectly balanced package", states Mats Holmqvist, CEO and President of Swegon AB, after the award ceremony on Thursday evening in Stockholmand added;

"This award is a huge honour. We like to take this award as compliment to our innovative products and holistic approach to ventilation".

The Big Indoor Climate Award was founded in 2001 by Slussen Building Services in collaboration with Energi- och miljötekniska föreningen (Swedwac), Svensk Ventilation (Swedish Ventilation) och Svenska Kyltekniska Föreningen (Swedish Society of Refrigeration). The Big Indoor Climate Award aims at strengthening the indoor climate technology position and to increase interest in the same.
The Big Indoor Climate Award jury included representatives of the three trade associations and Chairman Per Fahlén, professor in the Department of Building Services Engineering, Chalmers University of Technology.

The jury selected Swegon for an intelligent, innovative and commercially available turnkey solution for climate control of the hotel, an application of climate technology where the users have high demands. The system is built on proven and interoperable components that provide the hotel guest a good indoor climate with low noise and draft-free ventilation. The system has low energy consumption, is adaptable to various different climate requirements and the outside climate and is easy to maintain. Solution's market potential appears to be great both in Sweden and abroad. Swegon is a worthy recipient of the 2011 award.
