Danish company among the FINALISTS!

Xstream and Xstream's online video platform (OVP), MediaMaker, are among the finalists for the Streaming media Readers Choice Award 2011. A total of 281 companies were nominated in 13 categories. The total number of votes was a whopping 14,377, meaning that, on average, each reader cast their vote in 3 or 4 categories. In each category there are 3 finalists and Xstream are proud to be among the finalist in two categories

The two Categories that Xstream has reached the Finals in are:

• Best Streaming Innovation of 2011
  The "catch-all" category, for simply the coolest, most innovative streaming product, service, or event of the year.

• Streaming Services Provider
  Provider of end-to-end streaming services, from capture and encoding to delivery and distribution

The WINNERS will be announced on Tuesday 18th October at the Streaming Media Show at Olympia in London. The Awards Ceremony will take place towards the end of the afternoon in the EXPO area - during the Drinks Party starting at 5pm.
