Military MODEL - Promoting Veterans as Brand Ambassadors

We cannot ignore the fact that some of our veterans return home troubled in various ways, The vast majority have never stared death in the face or lost colleagues in ways seen only on the battlefield. How we can we possibly expect there will be no mentally challenged veterans? What should our countries like America, Canada and the UK be doing, ensuring these men aren't plunged further into the depths of despair by casting them aside with a second thought.

Here are some of the primary causes of homelessness among veterans:

1.Lack of income due to limited education and lack of transferable skills from military to civilian life

2.Combat-related mental or physical health issues and disabilities

3.Substance abuse problems that interfere with job retention

4.Weak social networks due to problems adjusting to civilian life

5.Lack of services available to veterans to help them return to the civilian work force

As mentioned in my summary, veterans on the whole have been tarnished by online, social and print media and even certain charities who have perpetuated views of mental and physical problems which lead to unsatisfactory reputations and outcomes.

Here we are setting up a company to distinguish the stigma and help some of the almost 30 million veterans (above countries combined count) back into gainful employment.
