At Satair, we listen to customer feedback to improve the customer experience

A new portal coming up

Satair Group strives for making our customer interfaces easier with a clearer, simpler, better and more harmonized approach between our two channels. Therefore - and as a first step - we are launching a new portal, SatairSpares, which replaces the current Satair Direct portal.

SatairSpares is based on valued feedback from our customers. We listened to our customers’ needs for a more coherent and efficient portal and customer experience across the Satair Direct and AirbusSpares portal. You told us that our two channels, Satair and Airbus - and the Satair Direct and Airbus Spares portal - have a very different look and feel and were not meeting your needs.

Therefore, the new SatairSpares mirrors the AirbusSpares design and has the best functionalities of Satair Direct and AirbusSpares combined into one platform which will be available to you by mid-February 2018.

Why the new portal?

The new SatairSpares portal will be introduced for three main reasons. First of all, to create a more coherent experience across the two channels i.e. a one company feeling. Secondly, it will improve the user and customer experience with a common look, feel and functionality. Lastly it is introduced to increase the usage of the portal to make the daily life of our customers easier.

This upcoming change over to SatairSpares is only the first step of making our customers’ interfaces with us leaner and simpler.We are working on providing ONE integrated portal to provide more B2C like functionalities in a totally new e-Commerce platform which we target to have ready in the second half of 2018.
