The agreement includes the Airbus aerospace product range as well as providing Repair & Warranty Administration Services in Asia Pacific and China, including a repair exchange pool in Singapore
Under the terms of the agreement, Satair Group’s role will be to use its global coverage, customer base and proven distribution expertise to maintain Sitec’s inventory. Building on an existing partnership, Satair Group will now be promoting sales of spares and components worldwide as well as promoting Sitec’s Repair & Warranty services in the Asia Pacific and China regions.
“The cooperation with Sitec is based upon an already existing and successful business relationship. The extension of services is just a logical next step to enhance the excellent cooperation”, said Morten Olsen, Vice President of Product Management at Satair Group.
“With this new distributorship agreement with Sitec, we will add Sitec’s Airbus aerospace product into our broader worldwide stock portfolio to provide a faster service to our customers. We look forward to the opportunity of providing a great value-added service to Sitec and their customers,” Olsen adds.
Clive Summers, Sales and Marketing Director at Sitec Aerospace ends: “Satair Group is the perfect partner to successfully promote our products to the market. With their comprehensive sales force and their supply chain strength, we expect to grow our aftermarket business even further and are looking forward to continuously supporting our customers and exceeding their expectations.”
