New capital for start-up 4light

4light just completed a share issue limited to the present owners which resulted in EUR 210,000 new capital. The share issue was fully signed for.

The new money will mainly be used to launch FireDry - a bigger and fully waterproof backpack. FireDry sales are planned to start in February 2018. A Kickstarter campaign with the same aim, named Brilliant Safety Backpack, will start in a few days.

The company is still in the market for an additional EUR 1,000,000 investment from external investors, to double the capital attracted so far.
