Delphi advisor to Alecta
Alecta enters into one of the largest leases in Gothenburg in several years by renting 7,700 sq.m. offices for Schenker´s head office in the project property Mektagonen. Thus, the property and the second office stage of Mektagonen are fully leased. Alecta has developed the Mektagonen area for a number of years and the lease to Schenker is yet another success.
