Finnair uses Amadeus Dynamic Packaging for its new Finnair Holidays leisure brand to redefine holiday booking in the Nordics

Imagine searching for your summer holiday package instantly, without sacrificing choice, and with the added perk of spending partly or all your frequent flyer points in the process. This is now possible thanks to Finnair Holidays, the new holiday booking brand by Finnair.

The innovative and inspirational search platform is powered by the Amadeus Dynamic Packaging Solution including the Amadeus Leisure Package Internet Booking Engine (IBE) allowing to build package tour offers at the time of the request. The IBE solution can personalise the offer by taking into account the specific wishes of each customer – from the travel length to the number of hotel stars, while at the same time returning results within milliseconds. Finnair Holidays is initially available for customers in Finland via www.finnair.fi/holidays.

Package customers can also get the opportunity to spend points for a frequent flyer program thanks to the integration of Finnair’s Loyalty program Finnair Plus. Customers even get to split their payments between cash and points. Furthermore, GetYourGuide is integrated, a provider of bookable experiences and attractions all over the world.

Finnair Holidays is the first to use Amadeus Leisure Package solutions in the Nordic countries, and at the same time Finnair is the first airline that will address multiple markets with the help of Amadeus.
