Or 28 million $ for a butt? The nose would be Robert Parker’s, the other one – you know who! – Jennifer Lopez’. Both numbers refer to insurance policies, either one is said to have signed up for. But, who should really know….
However: Parker’s nose seems to be more dangerous than J Lo’s rear. His judgement can ruin a winery, if it goes really bad. Looking at the bright side, it can of course also make a winery. Either way: I find it so disturbing that one nose should have such impact – no matter which insurance policy.
Some days ago, though I read an interview in the German Manager-Magazin, where I actually liked some of what he had to say. Asked about which grape varieties/wine styles he rates as being underestimated, his anwer is: Malbec from Argentina, Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley, Grenache from Southern Rhône – and Spanish Tempranillo. Yes! I think all of us at Invinitum agree. This time.
