House of Fairy Tales opens in Ogulin

"Ivanina kuća bajke" (Ivana's House of Fairy Tales), a multimedia visitor centre opened in Ogulin on 13th December. The Centre will introduce visitors to the work and legacy of the renowned Croatian fairy tale writer, introducing fairy lovers to characters from her work. 
The Centre is located in a building that is part of the Frankopan castle in Ogulin, renovated in original period style, and its 225 square metres of space offer visitors a multimedia and interdisciplinary overview of Ivana Brlic Mazuranic's work. New technologies were used in the creation of the Centre, such as the virtual depiction of Ogulin's theme parks and fairy tales, an online library, and it will also in due course include publishing, and annual creative and educational programmes for children and adults.
