How developing initiatives became a key part of Klarna

When Klarna Engineering tested the Atlassian suite it was because they needed a system for issue management. Four years later, the Atlassian software is part of their most important IT tools.

Sometimes it takes time, sweat and tears to find an IT system that works. Other times, the pieces fall into place almost by themselves. Five years ago Klarna's engineering department needed can issue management system. After trying a few different products internally they chose JIRA, due to their focus on software development. JIRA became an increasingly important tool, and after a year they decided to bring in expertise from Riada to tailor the solution and develop it further.
