OK, it is a bold title, but it's an important matter. For a tragic number of people, it is a matter of survival. And it can't be done well until we figure out how to manage well the world's water resources. So my colleague, Dr. Mohamed Ait Kadi, Chair of the Global Water Partnership Technical Committee, wrote about it. We face a grim future if we don't get down and start working on this, especially in light of climate change risks.
