Circle K och Nacka kommun når förlikning om Bergs oljehamn
Circle K och Nacka kommun har slutit en överenskommelse som säkrar såväl Nackas ambitioner att bygga stad som Circle K:s möjlighet att säkra Mälardalens försörjning av flytande drivmedel.
Förlikningen innebär att Circle K:s tomträttsavtal upphör den 31 december i år och ersätts med ett arrendeavtal. Överenskommelsen innebär att Circle K kommer att vara verksamma på Bergs drivmedelsdepå fram till 31 december 2036. Under de tre sista åren kommer verksamheten att vara inriktad på avveckling och återställning av fastigheten.
Tidplanen och överenskommelse tar hänsyn till behovet av sanering, en trygg drivmedelsförsörjning i Stockholm och Mälardalen och en effektiv bostadsproduktion i Nacka.
Kommunfullmäktige i Nacka kommer att fatta beslut om förliknings- respektive arrendeavtalet.
