​Citerus invites the Scaling Agile profile Craig Larman to Stockholm

Craig Larman visits Stockholm and Citerus November 4-6, 2015. Larman is the co-founder (together with Bas Vodde) of LeSS (Large Scale Scrum). LeSS is a framework for scaled agile and scaling Scrum.

Even larger organisations see the value of being more flexible. But it is always a challenge to make it work. The LeSS Framework has several similarities to Scrum: Keep it simple, dare to think by yourself and create solutions that fit YOUR company.

- You often hear about SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) when it comes to scaling agile. For us at Citerus it is paramount to always help our clients design a way of working that fits their unique context. Craig Larman visits Citerus in Stockholm the 4-6th of November 2015 and will run the 3 day´s course Certified LeSS Practitioner. The course will be held in English.
