Last Friday, Dec 9, Tekniksprånget (TS) students interning at various Volvo Group companies came together at CPAC Systems to meet, greet and eat. The hosts were our own “Tekniksprånget” students, Mona, Alfhild and Alrik, who together arranged the program for the visit, the purpose being to get to know each other, network and learn about what the host students have been doing at CPAC Systems.

The Zmart career fair is held yearly at Chalmers for students studying Mechanical Engineering and Automation & Mechatronics. This year it was held November 23, 2016. CPAC Systems is a sponsor of not only the ArgZ section which organizes this particular fair but we also support student projects like Chalmers Formula Student (CFS) and Caster.

Spending many hours behind the wheel every day, bus drivers often suffer strain in the shoulders, neck and arms. In order to reduce the risk of work-related injuries, last year Volvo Buses introduced Volvo Dynamic Steering (VDS), which makes manoeuvring a bus considerably easier. Now a scientific study has been published that confirms the system’s positive effects.
