On Honduras and the announcement to resume the negotiations of the EU-Central America Association Agreement 

 Read the letter to EU in english 2010-01-19  The organisations CIFCA (incl Forum Syd), FIDH, Grupo Sur, Fian Internacional sent this letter to EU in order to draw the attention to some points in relation to the situation in Honduras and particularly in view of the announcement of a possible retaking of the negotiations of the EU -Central America Association Agreement in Brussels end of next February
