IM and its project Humanium is granted the 2016 One Wish Award by Innovation Pioneers International Network
Innovation Pioneers (iP) yearly awards one organization with a cause to change society to the better, the One Wish Award.
At Innovation in Action 2016 in Stockholm, the organization IM for the project Humanium, was announced as this years winner.
" We are particularly pleased that this year's prize is awarded to IM Individuell Människohjälp Swedish Development Partner for the project HUMANIUM. In addition to the contested issue being very immediate and relevant, we have especially fallen for the chosen approach to the solution. Something that, for many has been about destruction is now for many more about construction. What has been harmful may now become valuable- all the more valuable in its new form than in its harmful. Through the collaborations IM Individual Människohjälp has selected, they have achieved results that differentiate, engage and create value. This is exactly what Innovation is about " says Dariush Ghatan who founded Innovation Pioneers and is the initiator of One Wish Award.
The price was delivered to Ann Svensén, secretary general of IM, Swedish Development Partner, by Kim Silvasti COO of the iP network and Dariush Ghatan of Googol and Founder of the iP network.
“We are proud and honored to receive the One wish award. There is an urgent need to address the problem of armed violence in the world and Humanium is our way of offering companies globally the possibility to be part of the solution”, says Ann Svensén.
