Employee safety is gaining importance for companies

The company GWS Production AB in Lund now passes an important milestone in the company's history. The company’s Safeture security service is used by more than 1,000 corporate customers.

"More and more companies see the importance of providing safety to their employees, wherever they are”, says Andreas Rodman, CEO of GWS.

GWS, Global Warning System, was founded in 2009 following experiences from a global SARS epidemic, the Indian Ocean tsunami in 2004 and the terrorist attack in Mumbai.

With its unique technical platform Safeture, GWS, via a mobile app, can reach business travelers with accurate and relevant information immediately after something serious has happened. Information is compiled by the company's qualified analysts, helping travelers to feel safe.

The solution also provides security managers an overview and the ability to quickly and easily communicate with their employees during an emergency.

GWS security solution is sold both under GWS own brand, Safeture, and through national and international partners white labeled under their own corporate brand or other brands. Among the customers are ERV, 2Secure, SRS and Chubb, the world's largest public listed property and casualty insurances company.

By passing 1,000 corporate customers and with a large number of active end-users, GWS consolidates its position as world-leading provider of international travel security solutions.

"We also see an increase in demand for our security solutions and expect continued growth," says Andreas Rodman, CEO of GWS Production.
