Team Daresay, who won the prestigious Hack for Sweden Award, made a solution that will help chronically ill patients. Their solution helps improve medicine compliance and life quality, by collecting data on medicine compliance by empathizing and supporting chronically ill patients. The solution is built on open data from Läkemedelsverket and Socialstyrelsen.

We are so proud and happy over the amazing diversity this year’s Hack for Sweden!

What happens next?
All winning teams are to turn in a realization plan for their winning solution no later than April 23rd, where they also tell us at Hack for Sweden what they need from our 90+ partner organisations in order to scale. In cooperation with the teams and partners we will create a customized plan for each winning solution, so they will have the best possible conditions to become real tools for the good of our society.
