Diversity: We need all the parts of our society to contribute to the solutions for a sustainable society. You don’t need to be a programmer to be a part of our hackathon! A passion for sustainable solutions for our society is all you need. Maybe you can contribute with some other competence that we will need to create sustainable tools for a better society? Sustainability: Every solution that comes out of Hack for Sweden 2019, shall contribute to making our society a better place to live in – and of course this includes a sustainable perspective. The 17 global goals of the UN is our framework, and at this year's hackathon we will be working on challenges within the 6 most data mature areas in Sweden: Mobility, Health, Environment, Job market, Education and Science and last but not least, Business sector. More about the 6 data mature areas: " Öppna data och datadriven innovation”
Impact: A great idea is worth nothing more than a post-it if you don’t make IT HAPPEN! We are all about executing the great Hack for Sweden ideas into real tools for the good of society. The winning teams in Hack for Sweden 2019, will get the opportunity to make their winning solutions come to life through help from our 88 partners: Prizes include a place in an incubator, scale-up lab, support through experienced mentors and by our Advisory Board, and help from our Community of 88+ partners from both public and private sector. We promise that we will do everything in our power to make the winning solutions come to life!
